Rob Parry Mahogany Sofa
Description
An extremely rare sofa designed by Dutch designer Rob Parry. It has a very elegant shape with a combination of rosewood, chrome-plated metal and a seat, as if suspended in this structure. This gives it a modern and warm air at the same time; It can be placed in the middle of the room because it is also very beautiful when viewed from the back. We have remade the seats in high-quality fabric from the Danish manufacturer Kvadrat. Rob Parry is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague, where he was a pupil of Gerrit Rietveld, for whom he later worked. Many of his designs have been created in limited editions for special projects. His work is now presented in the collections of many museums, including the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam.
